Our Story
In the spring of 1992, Marine Veteran Tim Lord met Laura Seluta, and two things happened: they fell in love, and they discovered a shared passion for jerky. Just six months later, they married and started experimenting with their own recipes, perfecting flavors, textures, and techniques. Over the years, their kitchen turned into a workshop of creativity and flavor, and with approval and encouragement in the form of tail wags from their dogs Riley and Lola, they decided to share their jerky with family, friends, and now, with you.
